Position Overview:
As the Director of Operations, you will oversee all restaurant and service operations across the Northern California market. You will drive consistent execution across locations, lead and inspire high-performing teams, and ensure every guest touchpoint—from digital order to delivery—meets our brand’s standards for excellence. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with experience scaling operations, implementing systems, and fostering a culture of accountability and hospitality in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience Leadership
Oversee the entire customer journey—from online ordering to delivery—ensuring seamless service that reflects our high standards for hospitality and quality.
Team Performance & Culture
Lead, mentor, and support a team of managers and service professionals. Build a strong, people-first culture with a focus on excellence and accountability.
HR & Staff Management
Oversee staffing processes, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, labor compliance, performance management, and documentation. Partner with HR to ensure policy alignment and consistency.
Standards & Training
Establish and maintain clear operating procedures and service standards to ensure consistency and operational excellence across all units.
Operational Execution
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure streamlined operations across departments and optimized order fulfillment processes.
Tech-Enabled Service
Leverage delivery platform analytics, guest feedback, and internal reporting tools to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Brand Representation
Maintain elevated standards for aesthetics, cleanliness, professionalism, and thoughtful service at all locations.
Metrics & Accountability
Own and track KPIs including guest satisfaction, labor efficiency, order accuracy, and team productivity. Use data insights to inform strategic decisions and elevate results.
