Position: Business Travel Sales Manager

Location: Houston, TX

Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 base salary plus incentive opportunities (commission / bonus)

Schedule: Full-time standard business hour schedule with some flexibility needed based on client and industry event needs

Role Summary:

We are seeking a relationship-driven and results-oriented Business Travel Sales Manager to support a luxury hospitality property in Houston, TX. This role is responsible for driving corporate travel revenue through proactive business development, strategic account management, and long-term client partnerships.


The ideal candidate brings strong experience within hotel sales, particularly within corporate or business travel segments, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This individual will play a key role in growing market share, maximizing occupancy, and positioning the property as a preferred destination for business travelers.


What you bring to the table:

  • Proven ability to identify, solicit, and secure new corporate travel accounts through networking, outreach, and relationship-building
  • Experience managing and growing an existing portfolio of business travel clients while maintaining high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Experience with working within the Hilton family of hotel brands
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience developing preferred corporate rates and agreements
  • Ability to conduct impactful sales presentations, site tours, and client meetings that highlight the property’s offerings and service experience
  • Experience collaborating with revenue management teams to support pricing strategy and occupancy goals
  • Strong understanding of corporate travel trends, local market dynamics, and competitive positioning
  • Ability to represent the property professionally at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools to manage pipelines and forecasting
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless client experiences

Required Work Experience:

  • 2–5 years of hotel sales experience with a focus on corporate or business travel segments
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
  • Experience within upscale hospitality environments
  • Familiarity with Hilton hotel brand systems and standards


Preferred Work Experience:

  • Experience working with corporate negotiated accounts and group travel coordination
  • Local market knowledge and existing industry relationships are a plus
