THE ROLE

An experienced, operationally savvy, and charismatic General Manager is needed to lead the flagship NYC location —

The GM reports directly to the Co-CEOs and owns all things hospitality and operations. The founders come from event and tech backgrounds — they need someone they can fully trust to run that side of the business. This is not an office role. Floor-present, hands-on, and proactive every shift.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of all venue operations
  • Leading, developing, and motivating the full staff team
  • Overseeing finances, inventory, and COGs
  • Driving group sales, corporate events, and brand activations
  • Systems creation, analysis, and implementation as the brand scales
  • Maintaining vision and culture as the business evolves

WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years in premium or elevated hospitality
  • Minimum 3 years as GM, AGM, Multi-Unit GM, or Area Director
  • New York City hospitality experience required
  • Tech savvy — Toast, Sling, AV equipment, early-stage software
  • Strong ops mindset — inventory, COGs, menu engineering, venue costs
  • Experience in group sales and events
  • Hands-on, floor-first leadership style
  • TIPS alcohol and food handler certification required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Base Salary: $100,000 | AGM considered at $105,000 - $110,000
  • Bonus: Up to $20,000 annually
  • Health Insurance: Yes
  • PTO: 12 days + additional days with tenure
  • Long & Short-Term Disability: Yes
  • Accident & Critical Illness Insurance: Yes
  • 401(k): Yes
