Role Summary:
We are conducting a confidential search for a polished and service-driven Maître D to lead the front door and guest experience within a refined, high-touch dining environment.
This role serves as the first and lasting impression of the restaurant, overseeing reservations, guest flow, and front-of-house coordination while maintaining exceptional hospitality standards. The Maître D partners closely with leadership to ensure seamless service execution, strong team alignment, and an elevated, personalized guest journey.

- Strong organizational skills with experience managing reservation platforms, waitlists, and guest communications
- Comfort handling administrative responsibilities including reporting, scheduling support, and documentation
- Experience supporting inventory awareness, ordering coordination, and operational organization
- Ability to lead by example, guiding front-of-house teams to maintain service standards and consistency
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure

Required Work Experience:
- 2–4+ years of experience in a Maître D, host leadership, or front-of-house management role
- Background in upscale or fine dining environments preferred
- Experience managing reservations, guest flow, and high-volume service periods
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences
Preferred Work Experience:
- Familiarity with reservation and guest management systems
- Experience supporting administrative and operational functions within a restaurant
- Exposure to inventory awareness, reporting, or scheduling processes
