An expanding, brewery concept company with multiple NYC and BK locations is seeking a dynamic Tap Room General Manager to lead one of its taproom concepts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing hospitality brand in an early stage of expansion. The General Manager will oversee daily taproom operations, drive revenue performance, develop team culture, and partner closely with senior leadership to shape the next phase of growth. This role is ideal for a hands-on operator who thrives in high-volume environments and hands on management within a growing organization and ideally a love of all things brewery. Open to candidates who are an AGM looking to step into a GM role OR a Beverage Manager looking to gain more experience.

The Tap Room General Manager will:

• Oversee all front-of-house operations during peak service periods
• Lead, develop, and motivate a diverse hospitality team
• Drive operational improvements, SOP implementation, and revenue growth
• Ensure guest satisfaction and cultivate repeat business
• Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and supply ordering
• Maintain POS systems and operational infrastructure
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
• Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
• This is a highly visible leadership position requiring flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to be hands-on.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of management experience in high-volume restaurant, hospitality, or taproom environments
• Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced, evolving company
• Experience with craft beer and strong beverage knowledge
• Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and retain teams
• Operationally savvy with experience implementing systems and procedures
• Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and peak service periods
