Seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to oversee all front-of-house operations, manage and develop staff, drive private dining revenue, and partner closely with ownership and culinary leadership to uphold the restaurant's exceptional standards and financial performance. This is an elevated casual environment where personality, energy, and genuine hospitality are just as important as operational skill.

- ~30 Employees total, 15 FOH, 14 BOH including management (GM, CDC, hourly sous chef, Hourly FOH manager
GM position:
- Reports to: Einat and Stefan
- Salary: $90 to $110k
- Benefits:
- 2 weeks paid vaca
- $500/month towards in house Oxford insurance plan
- $100 monthly stipend for dining out
- Scope of work:
- Hire, train and schedule FOH staff
- Payroll
- Inventory, beverage ordering
- Manage reservations (Resy), PDR events and buyouts with a 5% commission on PDR bookings and buyouts
- Work with CDC on controllable, labor, COGS
- Work with bartender on seasonal cocktails
