Known for delivering warm hospitality, vibrant culinary experiences, and stylish atmospheres, is looking for a creative and strategic Marketing & Social Media Manager to shape and grow our brand voice across digital and physical platforms as we continue to expand.
About the Role:
The Marketing & Social Media Manager will lead all brand, content, digital, and local marketing efforts across our restaurant portfolio. This role requires both big-picture thinking and hands-on execution. You’ll collaborate closely with ownership, culinary, and operations teams to build campaigns, grow engagement, and drive guest traffic—both online and in-store.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Own and evolve the group’s brand identity across all locations, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and visual presentation
- Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn), creating engaging, on-brand content and growing audience engagement
- Develop and execute seasonal marketing campaigns to support openings, menu launches, events, and key business initiatives
- Oversee digital marketing strategy including email newsletters, paid social, SEO, and partnerships
- Coordinate photography and video shoots; manage asset library and content calendar
- Support local marketing initiatives and community partnerships for each location
- Monitor performance metrics (engagement, ROI, traffic) and adjust strategy accordingly
- Collaborate with PR team and external partners on media outreach, influencer engagement, and brand storytelling
- Maintain brand presence across all customer touchpoints (in-store signage, packaging, collateral, website, etc.)
- Stay on top of hospitality and social trends to keep the brand fresh and culturally relevant
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brand marketing
- Strong portfolio of content and campaigns across digital and social platforms
- Deep understanding of NYC hospitality scene and digital audience behaviors
- Skilled in social strategy, creative direction, and content creation (photo, video, copy)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Workspace; basic video editing a plus
- Experience managing paid media, email marketing, and analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Highly collaborative with excellent communication and project management skills
- Strategic thinker who also enjoys rolling up sleeves and executing
- Passion for great food, hospitality, and brand storytelling
