A prestigious, design-forward private members-only club in New York City is seeking a Senior Food & Beverage Manager to lead floor operations and elevate the guest experience. Key Responsibilities:

♦ Oversee daily front-of-house service across multiple F&B outlets, ensuring consistency in standards, timing, and execution

♦ Lead, coach, and inspire the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with the club’s high expectations and curated aesthetic

♦ Own all steps of service—from pre-shift briefings to nightly close—ensuring the guest journey is seamless, intuitive, and elevated

♦ Maintain strong floor presence during service and events; lead by example in demeanor, language, and professional polish

♦ Collaborate closely with the GM, Events, and Culinary teams to ensure F&B operations are on-brand and in sync with the club’s programming and clientele

♦ Support ongoing staff training and refinement, using structured tools and best practices derived from corporate hospitality environments

Ideal Candidate:

♦ Comes from a high-end hospitality background—ideally with experience as a Service Manager, Director of Restaurants, or similar leadership role

♦ Has experience in a structured, training-oriented environment (luxury hotel groups, fine dining restaurants, or private clubs preferred)

♦ Embodies sophistication in presence, tone, and leadership style—understanding that polish, discretion, and emotional intelligence are as critical as operational expertise
