Manager of Operations

Reports To: Director of Operations

Location: Corporate

Classification: Exempt

Summary:

Supports the Director of Operations in overseeing all restaurant locations, ensuring adherence to operational standards, driving performance, and developing leadership teams.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years as General Manager or Operations Manager in hospitality
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operations across all restaurant locations
  • Set and monitor budget and sales goals with location leaders
  • Oversee labor, food cost, waste, and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and labor laws
  • Coach GMs and train leadership teams
  • Collaborate on hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives
  • Align marketing and PR strategies with operations
  • Monitor payroll, bookkeeping, and budgeting practices
  • Ensure consistency in menus and brand standards
  • Promote a strong company culture and resolve guest concerns
  • Discipline and manage executive staff as needed

Work Environment:

Primarily sedentary with occasional movement and light lifting (up to 10 lbs). Reasonable accommodations provided.
