Manager of Operations
Reports To: Director of Operations

Summary:
Supports the Director of Operations in overseeing all restaurant locations, ensuring adherence to operational standards, driving performance, and developing leadership teams.
Requirements:
- 2+ years as General Manager or Operations Manager in hospitality
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operations across all restaurant locations
- Set and monitor budget and sales goals with location leaders
- Oversee labor, food cost, waste, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and labor laws
- Coach GMs and train leadership teams
- Collaborate on hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives
- Align marketing and PR strategies with operations
- Monitor payroll, bookkeeping, and budgeting practices
- Ensure consistency in menus and brand standards
- Promote a strong company culture and resolve guest concerns
- Discipline and manage executive staff as needed
Work Environment:
Primarily sedentary with occasional movement and light lifting (up to 10 lbs). Reasonable accommodations provided.
