A growing, bakery brand is seeking a Senior HR Manager to support and lead people operations across the organization. This role will partner closely with HR leadership and ownership to drive talent strategy, strengthen HR infrastructure, and support a culture rooted in hospitality, quality, and continuous improvement.This is a highly visible position with the opportunity to grow into advanced roles as the company continues to expand. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Partner with department leaders to identify hiring needs and build recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruiting including job postings, candidate tracking, interviewing, and offers
- Develop pipelines of top talent and support retention initiatives
Onboarding, Training & Development
- Lead and enhance onboarding programs and training initiatives across locations
- Create and implement training calendars and role-specific onboarding
- Support employee development and internal growth
HR Operations & Administration
- Partner with leadership on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Assist with benefits administration, HR systems updates, and company-wide initiatives
- Oversee employee records, reporting, and internal communications
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws
- Manage permits, postings, and regulatory requirements across locations
- Maintain HR documentation and operational standards
Culture & Employee Experience
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented culture grounded in hospitality
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Lead with a solutions-oriented, hands-on approach
Ideal Profile
- 3–6+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations (hospitality preferred)
- Strong background in full-cycle recruiting and employee relations
- Experience in multi-unit or fast-paced environments a plus
- Highly organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and HR systems
Compensation & Benefits
- $90,000 – $120,000 base salary
