What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with leadership on menu development, costing, seasonal offerings, and overall culinary vision.
  • Lead with efficiency—manage scheduling, food and labor costs, and inventory with precision.
  • Ensure a culture of excellence, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health standards.


Qualifications:

  • A passionate and experienced chef with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role within a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen.
  • Proven ability to manage a team with grace, motivation, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Expertise in food costing, ordering, waste reduction, and maintaining high sanitation standards.
  • A deep understanding of modern kitchen equipment, culinary trends, and back-of-house systems.
