Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of Sous Chef / kitchen management experience in well-rated, industry-leading kitchens
  • Influential, team-oriented leadership style with a passion for training and development
  • Strong attention to detail in food quality, preparation, and presentation
  • Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and work demands
  • Solid understanding of ordering, scheduling, production, plating, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with basic computer proficiency
