Job Title: Vice President of Finance

Location: Dallas, TX (On-Site)


A national hospitality group with a fast-growing, multi-unit portfolio is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead all financial operations, reporting, and systems strategy across the organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, this individual will play a critical role in scaling infrastructure, optimizing processes, and supporting data-driven decisions in a high-performance, growth-oriented environment. Seeking CFO ready candidates.



Ideal Candidate Profile & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role within a multi-unit hospitality or restaurant organization
  • Proven track record of managing financial operations across multiple entities, including consolidation of complex LLC structures
  • Hands-on experience with restaurant-focused financial systems, such as Sage Intacct, Craftable, Radar CTUIT, Mirus, Bill.com, Expensify, and similar platforms
  • Deep understanding of US GAAP, tax compliance, and internal controls, with experience leading annual audits and tax filings
  • Demonstrated success implementing financial process automation, ERP integrations, and building scalable systems in fast-growth environments
  • Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and KPI development
  • Experience managing cash flow, liquidity planning, and optimizing working capital across a national footprint
  • Comfortable presenting complex financial information to executive stakeholders, operators, and non-financial team members
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams while remaining highly detail-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; CPA, CMA, or MBA strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands is a strong plus
