A growing, design-forward luxury hospitality group with a portfolio of destinations in the Catskills / Upstate New York market is seeking a Corporate Event Sales & Business Development Manager to drive outbound sales and build strategic partnerships across its unique venues.


This is an exciting opportunity to represent a rising brand known for elevated, experience-driven hospitality. The role is ideal for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at generating new business. The position blends corporate event sales with broader business development, offering the ability to create partnerships, activate programming, and drive meaningful revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive outbound corporate event sales including meetings, offsites, retreats, brand activations, and full-venue buyouts
  • Develop and execute proactive sales strategies targeting corporate clients, agencies, and HR/People teams
  • Generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and relationship building
  • Own the full sales cycle from proposal through contracting and closing
  • Partner cross-functionally with events, operations, and marketing teams to align on offerings and execution
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships to expand reach and drive incremental revenue
  • Identify creative opportunities for collaborations, sponsorships, and programming initiatives



Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate event sales, hospitality sales, or business development
  • Proven track record of generating and closing new business
  • Strong existing network, ideally within the NYC corporate or events market
  • Highly self-motivated with a true hunter mentality and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comfortable operating independently in a remote, autonomous environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Additional Details
