Location: West Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $75,000–$85,000 DOE
Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join a high-volume, full-service restaurant in West Los Angeles. This concept offers a scratch-made, California-inspired menu served across breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a warm, welcoming, and community-driven environment.

The menu features a diverse range of offerings—from house-made breakfast favorites to thoughtfully prepared lunch and dinner dishes—paired with a curated wine list and craft beer program.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily restaurant operations across all service periods (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
- Ensure smooth, efficient service and adherence to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health and safety regulations
Team Leadership & Development
- Hire, train, coach, and develop FOH team members
- Foster a positive, accountable, and hospitality-driven culture
- Manage scheduling, labor controls, and team performance
Guest Experience
- Lead by example on the floor, always ensuring exceptional hospitality
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and proactively
- Build relationships with regular guests and the local community
Beverage & Service Standards
- Support execution of wine and craft beer programs
- Ensure staff knowledge of menu offerings and service standards
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong working knowledge of California Labor Laws
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Experience with labor management and scheduling
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, all-day dining environment
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations tools
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-service restaurant operating breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Typical shifts include:

AM Shift: Starting around 7:00 AM

PM Shift: Starting around 2:00 PM
- Closed on select major holidays
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually
