Job Title: Director of Marketing

About the Role:
A leading regional hospitality and entertainment group is seeking a Director of Marketing to drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth across its portfolio of restaurants and entertainment venues.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, strengthen customer loyalty, and support continued expansion. Reporting directly to the President, the Director of Marketing will oversee all marketing functions, including digital, social media, events, partnerships, and public relations, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling across all channels.
This position is ideal for a strategic and creative marketing leader with deep hospitality experience, a passion for community engagement, and the ability to connect marketing strategy to business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy, aligning with organizational goals and unit-level performance metrics.
- Lead all brand, digital, social, PR, and event marketing initiatives to elevate awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Manage internal marketing teams and external agency partners, ensuring consistency in messaging and campaign execution.
- Leverage analytics, CRM, and customer insights to optimize marketing performance and inform decision-making.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, IT, and Finance to align marketing efforts with P&L and business outcomes.
- Oversee marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and establish measurable KPIs.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, creators, and media outlets to amplify brand reach.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and public voice for the company at events, industry panels, and collaborations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of progressive marketing experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment industries.
- Demonstrated success leading brand and digital strategy for multi-unit or multi-brand organizations.
- Strong grasp of digital platforms, CRM, SEO, paid media, and social content strategies.
- Proven ability to translate marketing performance into financial results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $140,000 – $160,000 (DOE)
