Position: Front of House Manager

Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 base salary

Schedule: Full-time | Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven Front of House Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and cultivate an exceptional guest experience. This role is responsible for guiding the front-of-house team, maintaining service standards, and supporting the overall financial and operational performance of the restaurant.


The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-energy environment and understands that great hospitality starts with a strong, engaged team. This individual will play an active role on the floor while partnering with leadership and fellow team members to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.


What you bring to the table:

  • Strong ability to lead front-of-house operations while maintaining an energetic, polished, and welcoming service environment
  • Experience hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, and developing restaurant teams
  • Proven ability to create a positive and accountable team culture centered around hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Hands-on floor presence with the ability to step into service roles and support the team as business needs require
  • Strong understanding of restaurant service standards, cleanliness, food quality, and sanitation
  • Experience managing cash handling, deposits, payroll processes, and other administrative responsibilities
  • Ability to monitor inventory, receiving, purchasing, and product levels to support operational efficiency
  • Experience identifying operational challenges, including waste and loss, and implementing solutions
  • Strong guest recovery skills with the ability to address concerns professionally and turn challenging experiences into positive ones
  • Ability to prepare schedules, reports, and other operational documentation with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative approach to working with culinary and restaurant leadership on service, menu, and operational initiatives

Required Work Experience:

  • Previous management experience in a full-service restaurant environment
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing front-of-house teams
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest relations
  • Experience with scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and administrative responsibilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment


Preferred Work Experience:

  • Experience managing a polished or elevated full-service restaurant
  • Experience with restaurant financials, budgeting, and operational controls
