Restaurant Manager – Elevated Dining Concept

We are an elevated, design-forward restaurant known for refined hospitality, exceptional cuisine, and a curated beverage program. Located in San Francisco, our concept blends sophistication with warmth, delivering memorable dining experiences in a thoughtfully crafted environment. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and oversee all aspects of front-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily FOH operations with a proactive, visible, and service-oriented presence
- Support, coach, and mentor staff through clear communication, training, and consistent leadership
- Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience
- Manage labor and payroll, create efficient schedules, and ensure adherence to labor budgets
- Collaborate with the culinary and bar teams to ensure smooth, seamless service execution
- Build strong guest relationships, resolving concerns with professionalism and grace
- Oversee onboarding, performance management, and team development initiatives
- Handle ordering, vendor relationships, and inventory controls for FOH supplies
- Work with ownership and senior leadership to achieve financial and operational goals
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a polished, full-service environment with elevated service standards
- Passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering exceptional guest service
- A calm, confident leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and solution-oriented, with a hands-on approach to leadership
- Familiar with POS (Toast preferred), scheduling systems, and FOH administrative tools
- Willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary – $85,000-$90,000/year
