Position: General Manager - Bakery
Compensation: $90,000–$105,000 base salary
Schedule: Full-time | Weekend availability required

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven General Manager to lead a high-performing, quality-focused bakery concept. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving team performance, and delivering a warm, consistent guest experience.
This position serves as a hands-on leader, maintaining an active presence on the floor while building and developing a strong team. The ideal candidate brings a balance of operational discipline, people leadership, and a genuine passion for hospitality within a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

Required Work Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in a General Manager or senior leadership role
- Background in bakery, café, fast-casual, or hospitality-driven environments
- Experience managing day-to-day operations in a high-volume setting
- Strong understanding of team leadership, scheduling, and operational systems
Preferred Work Experience:
- Experience managing store-level P&L and financial performance
- Exposure to multi-unit or growth-oriented environments
- Familiarity with inventory systems, reporting tools, and compliance standards
