Chicago based hospitality group is seeking an opening Assistant Manager and FOH Manager for their newest project, a chef-driven, scratch kitchen to the heart of Lincoln Park, serving up classic red-sauce Italian with a wine and cocktail program to match. This will be the neighborhood go-to for great food, great drinks, and great hospitality. We need a rockstar management team to bring it all to life! What You Do:

👥 Lead daily floor operations + guest experience

🔥 Support hiring, training, and team development

🍽 Work closely with the Chef and Bar Manager for smooth service

📊 Drive service standards, jump in where needed, and keep the vibe high

💡 Be a go-to leader in an exciting, fast-paced restaurant launch

You Bring:

✅ 2–4 years in FOH leadership (AGM or Floor Manager level)

✅ Love for hospitality + strong communication skills

✅ Experience in fast-paced, high-touch restaurants

✅ Confidence handling service, guests, and team dynamics
