We’re looking for a dynamic Director of Sales to lead efforts at a boutique hotel in downtown Mobile. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and wants to grow within a forward-thinking hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategy to drive revenue and market presence
• Cultivate corporate, group, and local business relationships
• Collaborate with marketing and F&B to create compelling packages and events
• Lead and mentor the sales team
• Conduct client outreach, site visits, and community networking
• Work closely with revenue management to optimize pricing and profitability

What You’ll Bring:

• Sales leadership experience, preferably in hospitality
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Local market knowledge a plus
• Team leadership and CRM software proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
