Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Manage daily functions across salon, spa, and café/bar.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, service protocols, and health & safety standards.
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, equipment, and supply management.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage hairstylists, estheticians, baristas, bartenders, and receptionists.
- Lead with a hands-on management style, setting the standard for excellence.
- Conduct meetings, training, and performance reviews.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work culture and handle employee relations.
Guest Experience
- Guarantee consistent, high-quality service at every touchpoint.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Drive upselling and cross-service referrals.
Financials
- Manage budgets, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Monitor revenue goals and control labor/supply costs.
- Support promotions and events to increase sales.
Marketing & Development
- Partner with marketing on promotional campaigns.
- Build community relationships and local brand awareness.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of management experience in salon, spa, hospitality, or F&B.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-service environment.
- Knowledge of salon/spa operations and products; café/bar experience preferred.
- Proficiency with POS, inventory systems, and financial reporting.
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays).
Preferred: Cosmetology or esthetics license; degree in business or hospitality.
