Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 DOE+ Bonus Opportunities


About Us:

We are a new and exciting elevated Italian dining concept opening late summer 2025 in San Francisco. This restaurant blends traditional Italian coastal cuisine with the bounty of California’s seasonal ingredients, creating a warm, elegant, and memorable dining experience. Designed with sophistication and inspired by Tuscany’s rich cultural legacy, the space will include expansive outdoor seating, two private dining rooms for corporate and celebratory events, and stunning waterfront views.

More than just a restaurant, we aim to create a welcoming destination for locals and visitors alike reflecting the vibrancy, community, and spirit of San Francisco through elevated hospitality and a commitment to excellence.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a General Manager to lead the opening and day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This position requires a dynamic leader who thrives in a hands-on role, guiding and coaching the front-of-house team, elevating service standards, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. The GM will work closely with the kitchen and private events teams, as well as take on key responsibilities in recruiting, financial oversight, team development, and maintaining a positive and inclusive work culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, and train all front-of-house team members
  • Lead daily pre-service meetings and provide active floor support during service
  • Maintain and elevate service standards with a focus on warm, professional hospitality
  • Develop strong communication and collaboration with the kitchen and events teams
  • Schedule front-of-house staff and ensure proper shift coverage
  • Host weekly manager meetings and participate in monthly P&L reviews
  • Monitor financial performance and support strategic decision-making
  • Foster a healthy team dynamic through leadership, mentorship, and conflict resolution
  • Uphold compliance with all health and safety guidelines


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in fine dining and front-of-house management
  • Positive, outgoing, and guest-focused demeanor
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for Italian cuisine and wine, with a desire to continue learning
  • Committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and cultivating team excellence


Compensation & Benefits:
