We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join the leadership team at our iconic Times Square location. Known for generous portions, warm hospitality, and a high-energy dining experience, our restaurant has been a landmark destination for locals, tourists, theatergoers, and families for over 35 years.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Oversee daily restaurant operations in one of the highest-volume restaurants in NYC
- Lead, coach, and develop FOH teams to uphold our standards of service and hospitality
- Maintain strong floor presence to ensure smooth service during peak hours
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with the General Manager and culinary leadership on continuous improvements
- Support guest relations, handle escalations, and maintain our reputation for warm, guest-first service
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience in high-volume, full-service dining
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional experiences
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience mentoring and developing staff at all levels
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
- Strong operational knowledge, including labor management and service execution
- A positive attitude and the ability to inspire a diverse team

Compensation: $85,000 base salary + quarterly performance bonus
