Role Overview
The Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage (F&B) will lead the culinary vision and oversee operational execution across a growing portfolio of restaurant and bar concepts. This executive role is responsible for driving excellence in guest experience, financial outcomes, innovation, and team development—while partnering cross-functionally to support both established venues and new openings.
The position requires significant travel—up to 70%—to provide on-site leadership across key markets including Philadelphia, Charleston, Detroit, Atlanta, Wilmington, and Baltimore.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and implement the group’s F&B vision, ensuring each concept aligns with brand identity and local relevance
- Innovate and refine F&B programs in partnership with culinary and beverage leadership across a diverse range of concepts (e.g., omakase, brasserie, food halls, rooftops)
Operational Excellence
- Lead service standards, operational models, and culinary consistency across the portfolio
- Develop and enhance SOPs, training systems, and quality control platforms for scalable success
Financial Performance
- Own P&L performance for the F&B division
- Set and manage budgets, labor models, food cost initiatives, and vendor partnerships to drive profitability
Team Leadership & Culture
- Build and inspire high-performing culinary and operational teams
- Champion a hospitality-driven culture through hands-on leadership and clear communication
Growth & Development
- Collaborate with development and design teams on all new F&B projects, contributing to concept design, layout, equipment, and hiring plans
- Lead launch strategies and ensure the successful opening of new outlets
Brand Partnerships & Marketing
- Work with Marketing to increase brand visibility through events, press, and activations
- Develop relationships with purveyors, collaborators, and local influencers
Qualifications
- 10+ years of senior-level F&B leadership experience in a multi-unit, multi-concept environment
- Proven success leading and scaling high-performing restaurant operations across markets
- Deep culinary expertise and a passion for hospitality and guest service
- Strong P&L, labor, and cost management experience
- Effective collaboration with internal teams (development, design, marketing, HR) and external partners
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently and engage directly with property-level teams
