A well-established Mexican restaurant group is seeking a Recruiting and Training Manager to support its growing operations across New Jersey and Delaware. This role will be pivotal in staffing, developing training programs, and reinforcing high service standards across all units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard management and hourly staff across multiple locations
• Lead and maintain manager and hourly training programs and materials
• Conduct regular in-store visits to ensure adherence to service and operational standards
• Provide coaching, weekly check-ins, and performance validation for managers-in-training
• Support team culture and retention through staff development and trainer engagement
• Maintain consistent communication with senior leadership on staffing and training progress

Requirements:

• Must have restaurant management experience in a high-volume scratch kitchen setting

Schedule:

Tuesday–Saturday, rotating between locations (approx. 45 hours/week). Hands-on, restaurant-facing role with occasional MOD coverage.

Compensation & Benefits:

$120,000–$130,000 annually + full benefits package
