Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service execution in a high-volume upscale environment
- Maintain a strong and consistent floor presence, serving as the visible face of the restaurant to guests and team members
- Proactively monitor all areas of the operation (front and back of house) to ensure smooth service and operational readiness
- Prioritize guest satisfaction while ensuring service standards reflect a luxury dining experience
Financial & Business Performance
- Drive profitability through strong oversight of restaurant P&L, labor efficiency, and cost controls
- Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and operational expenses to maintain financial performance
- Balance service excellence with disciplined financial decision-making
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop hospitality professionals while fostering a culture of accountability and growth
- Coach and develop emerging leaders while building a strong pipeline for internal promotion
- Maintain strong knowledge across all departments to ensure operational alignment
Service & Guest Experience
- Ensure the highest standards of hospitality are consistently delivered to a discerning clientele
- Engage with guests throughout service through table touches and relationship building
- Lead by example, modeling professionalism, warmth, and service excellence
Ideal Candidate Profile

3–6 years of General Manager experience in upscale, fine dining, or high-volume restaurant environments
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L oversight, labor management, and operational efficiency
- Confident decision-maker with strong initiative and a proactive leadership style

- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
