What We're Looking For:

• Previous restaurant management experience in a high-volume, upscale or luxury hospitality environment
• Strong floor presence and natural leadership ability
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate a service team
• Understanding of elevated service standards and restaurant operations
• Wine and spirits knowledge highly valued
